夜ごはん: 相変わらず黒プレートにハマっておりまして、おかずを盛り込みました。しいたけの塩麹ガーリック炒め、菜の花の辛子ガーリック炒め、ふきの煮物、こんにゃくの甘辛煮、菜の花のお浸し、いんげんのごま和え、そして、ご飯の代わりに豆腐のとろろ昆布のせ。豆腐自体の調理法は忘れてしまいました。すみません・・・。
Dinner: I get hooked on this black colored plate and enjoy dinner these days. And the menus of the day is…Sauteed shiitake mushrooms with Shio-koji and garlic, Sauteed Rape blossoms with garlic and pepper, cooked butterbur, Salty-sweet konnyaku, boiled rape blossoms, beans dressed with sesame sauce. And instead of eating rice, I cooked tofu with shredded kombu. By the way, I forgot how I cooked (seasoned) this tofu…sorry!

夜ごはん: 玄米と白米のミックスごはん、ずっと気になっていたふのりを入れた味噌汁、あじの干物、定番のニラともやしの炒めもの、かぼちゃの煮物、きんぴらごぼう。写真には写っていませんが、黒ゴマと塩を擦ったパウダーをかけるのがお気に入り❤
Dinner: White and brown rice, Miso soup with funori, dried horse mackerel, Sauteed bean sprouts and leeks, Braised pumpkin, Chopped burdock root cooked in sugar and soy sauce. I especially like eating white and brown rice with gomashio (=grazed black sesame and salt)❤

夜ごはん: たしか、この時もひとりごはん。白米。塩で炒めた春菊がたっぷり入った味噌汁。 焼鮭。菜の花のおひたし。(これまた)春菊がたっぷり入った卵焼き。納豆。質素に、質素に。。。
Dinner: I remember that I cooked for myself again. White rice, Miso soup with sauteed Shungiku(=Garland chrysanthemum), Grilled Salmon, Boiled field mustard, (again) rolled egg with lots of Shungiku and Natto. Eat simple…

夜ごはん: シンプルな一汁三菜の食事。白米、みょうが入りの味噌汁、納豆、アジのみりん干し、さやいんげん、揚げ豆腐のゆず味噌添え。
Dinner: A basic arrangement of a Japanese meal consisting of one kind of soup and three side dishes. White rice, Myoga (=Japanese ginger) miso soup, Japanese horse mackerel dried with mirin, Sauteed string beans, Deep fried tofu with Yuzu miso sauce.

夜ごはん: ひとりごはんの時は、主人が好まない食材を使った料理ができるチャンス。そんなわけで、さつまいもと鶏のささ身を炒めた黒酢料理。旬野菜のみょうがをたっぷり入れた味噌汁。ストックしていた大豆ミートと野菜の甘辛肉味噌をかけた丼ぶり。今日のところはこのへんで。
Dinner: When I cook only for myself, it’s always a good chance to use various ingredients that my husband can’t have. So, I cooked sauteed chicken and vegetables with using black vinegar, miso soup with plenty of Myoga(=Japanese ginger) and Donburi with sweet ‘n’ spicy soybean meat and vegetable sauce. Well, that’s all for today…

Dinner: Neba-Neba Don. (Sticky Donburi !) Put Egg yolk, Boiled Okura, Kinzanji-miso, Sea weed, Perilla, Grated Chinese yam, Natto (=fermented soybeans) and White sesame on the white rice. Poured Men-tsuyu (=Noodle sauce) and mix all of them. Oishii—–!

夜ごはん: 主人は出張中のため、冷蔵庫にあった惣菜たちを集めてきました(笑) 『健康美レシピ47』でもご紹介した五穀米とゆかりごはんの油揚げ包み、冷凍庫に入っていた肉団子(笑)。ほうれん草のナムル。安芸いもとゆず味噌。いただきもののふきの煮物。椎茸の味噌漬け。こんにゃくの甘辛煮。
Dinner: Since my husband had traveled for his business (again…coldsweats01), I gathered up daily dishes. Five-grain rice and Yukari rice wrapped up in roasted deep-fried tofu, Meetball (which I found in my fridge), spinach namul(=Korean dishes consisting of seasoned vegetables), Anki potato and yuzu miso, Japanese butterbur, Pickled shiitake mushrooms with miso, Konnyaku covered in the sweet ‘n’ spicy Teriyaki Sauce.

昼ごはん: たまねぎをじっくり炒めて作ったゴロゴロ野菜&チキン入り中辛カレー。白米がちょっと余っていたので、玄米に添えてみました。(見た目にも味にも変化があってイイかも、と自画自賛。笑) 副菜には、これまた余っていたニラともやしの炒めもの。余り物づくしの昼ごはんでしたcoldsweats01
Lunch: Japanese style curry with onion, carrot and chicken. Brown rice and white rice. (I like the combination of those colors. Looks better! ) Sauteed bean sprouts and leeks. I cooked this menu with using leftovers. No problem, fuh??

夜ごはん: この時もひとりごはん。玄米ごはん。手抜きのわかめスープ。いただきもののふきの漬物。しいたけのみそ漬け。にらともやしの炒めもの。塩コショウで味付けした牛肉。肉じゃが入りという惣菜コロッケ。そして、玄米のお供として個人的に好きな金山寺みそ。
Dinner: Again, I cooked for myself! Brown rice. Wakame seaweed soup. Pickled petasites japonicus. Pickled shiitake mushrooms with miso. Sauteed bean sprouts and leeks. Grilled beef with salt and pepper. Niku-jaga (simmered meat and potatoes) croquette. And, Kinzanji miso, which I believe best friend with brown rice!

夜ごはん: 十穀米。おくらとなすと油揚げとねぎの西京味噌汁。切り干し大根とにんじんの酢の物。塩麹漬けきのこ入り卵焼き。塩麹あんかけカリカリ豆腐。お気に入りの鯛焼き型の箸置きも添えてhappy01note

Dinner: Ten-grain rice. Saikyo miso soup with okura, egg plant, fried tofu and naganegi onion. Vinegared food with dried radish and carrot. Fried egg with pickled shio-koji and mushroom. Sauteed tofu with shio-koji. Throw in my favorite “Taiyaki” (=fish-shaped pancake stuffed with bean jam) shape chopstick stand.happy01note
