TV appearance : DayDay on NTV (Japan)
Thanks to being featured in Airbnb’s newsletter, I was honored to have my cooking class featured on TV for the fourth time! This time, it was again on Nippon TV, during a weekday lifestyle program called DayDay.
The program featured our popular Ramen & Gyoza class for about two minutes. What left a strong impression on me was the guest’s deep respect for Japanese food culture. They said, “I felt that everything in Japan—its food and culture—is beautifully balanced and harmoniously connected.” Their words made me reflect once again on the unique harmony that defines Japan.
Our company is also called NAGOMI (和), which means “harmony” and represents Japanese culture and lifestyle, so their words resonated with me even more deeply.
