"Our experience with Yuca was such a joy! From the moment we walked in she made us feel welcome. Our family really enjoyed learning about Japanese cooking and preparing and cooking the food in such a lovely space. We felt like we were cooking with family or an old friend. It was like cooking at home but with much better knives and ingredients. 😋 My kids particularly enjoyed it all and vowed to start cooking as soon as we return home. Our food turned out delicious and there was soooo much. I can still taste it. 🤤 Yuca's teas were also very yummy. I highly recommend taking a class on your visit to Japan. Our future Japan visits will definitely include more cooking with Yuca in our itinerary. 🤩"

"YUCa was an incredible teacher, helping people of all backgrounds connect, learn, and create DELICIOUS miso ramen and chicken gyoza together! Her course was extremely informative on Japanese cuisine and she even took us to a local grocery store. I recommend 10/10 for anyone traveling to Tokyo!"

"This is an excellent Japanese Ramen and Gyoza class. Yuka made the experience fun, educational and practical. We can't wait to try her recipe back at home. We would thoroughly recommend this activity to folks who are visiting Tokyo."

"I had a fantastic experience learning the art of Japanese cuisine with Yuka. We dived deep into the secrets of crafting the perfect ramen and gyoza, and Yuka’s insights into traditional flavors were invaluable. The class is hosted in a charming neighborhood that adds to the overall magic of the day. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic culinary adventure."

"This is my first time taking a cooking class and I really enjoyed it. It's fun and you learn so much about Japanese cooking. Highly recommend!"

"Yuca is so sweet and happy to answer all questions. We made ramen and gyoza - the ramen broth we made from scratch, along with the chicken (chashi), tare, oil, and egg. For the gyoza, we made the filling and wrapped them ourselves. At the end, she took us to a local grocery store which was a great opportunity to ask questions and learn about most used items. I really recommend this experience:)"

"The cooking class was lots of fun! YUCa is very personable and shared lots of information during the preparation of the meal, which was very tasty! A small group of six was the perfect size, making it an intimate experience. The class is held in her home and she is very warm and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this cooking class. Thank you YUCa!"

"This experience was one of a kind. The teacher was very sweet and took you step by step. With Tokyo being a very busy and crowded place, it was nice to have a small group of people to cook, eat, and talk with. The fee was worth it to me because I learned a lot and ate good food. The class was a couple hours but it didn’t feel like it while cooking. The atmosphere was very clean and cozy. The teacher had all of the most perfect gadgets to cook with and let us test them out. This is one of the best experiences you can try while in Japan."

"Yuca was one of the most friendly people we got the opportunity to meet on our trip to Japan. She was great at guiding us through what we were cooking, explaining ingredients and why things were used or cooked in a certain way. Had a fantastic experience and would recommend this to anyone traveling to Japan."
