Ingredients: Egg, Seaweed, Green perilla, Okura, Chinese yam, Natto, Kinzanji-miso and sesame
Seasoned Brown Rice with Mushrooms
Ingredients: Brown Rice, Shimeji, Eringi, Maitake, Mirin, Salt and Olive oil
Oyako-don
Oyako-don is one of the popular donburi menus same as Gyu-don in Japanese cuisine. Donburi is a dish over the rice. “Oyako” means a parent in Japanese and “Don” is an abbreviation of donburi. We use chicken and egg for this dish that’s why this dish is called “Oyako-don”. This is really easy and simple dish. Also, all you need is Chicken, egg and onion (plus, seasonings)!

夜ごはん：白米とのミックスではない、100％玄米。さつまいもや豆腐など野菜たっぷりの味噌汁。これまたいろいろ野菜の漬物。アスパラのゴマあえ。セロリと鶏肉の和え物。ナスと玉ねぎの黒酢炒め。
Dinner: 100% Brown rice, Vegetable Miso soup, Pickled vegetables, Sauteed asparagus with sesame sauce, Chicken and celery dressed with mayonnaise and Sauteed eggplant and onion with black vinegar.
Japanese Set Meals : 1
夜ごはん: 今回の献立は・・・かやくごはん、きゅうりとかぶの塩麹漬け、豆腐とわかめと油揚げの味噌汁、野菜の炒めもの、チキンとセロリのサラダ。
Dinner: Kayaku Mixed Rice, Pickled Cucumber and Turnip with Shio-Koji, Tofu and Wakame Seaweed Miso Soup, Sauteed Vegetables and Chicken and Celery Salad.

One of our popular venues is a local supermarket tour! We’ll take you to the local supermarket after the class and explain the Japanese ingredients including seasonal vegetables and seasonings. We recommend you join our class at the early stage of your itinerary.

Most of the recipes are designed as easy & simple so that you can recreate at your home many times. (This is our mission!) You can also learn traditional Japanese cooking techniques in the class.
- 3. Lecture about the introduction of Japanese cuisine
We will have a small lecture about the introduction of Japanese cuisine.
Not only the concept of Japanese cuisine but you will also learn table setting/manners etc.

4. Home Visit & Local Atmosphere
We’ll invite all our guests to our real home and show you the Japanese kitchen, equipment etc.
You will see how we live here in Tokyo. Come and check it out!
We are located in the center of Tokyo but you can also enjoy the local atmosphere (i.e. the last streetcar in Tokyo, Public bath, The amusement park which has the slowest roller coaster in Japan etc).

How to book the class?
1. Go to Class Schedule page and check if the class date is open.
2. Click on your desired dates and select your class (if any classes are available).
3. Fill out and submit the request form at the bottom of the page.
4. We will send a reply with the link for the payment. (If you do not receive a reply from us within two days, please resubmit your request again.)
5. You will receive a booking confirmation mail after payment is completed.
