Hello from Tokyo (September 2025)

Hello, September!
Here in Japan, autumn is just around the corner.

The other day, I received some honey from a guest who came all the way from Tasmania, Australia. I heard that their family runs a beekeeping farm. The aroma is absolutely wonderful, and the flavor is rich and bold.

Since it felt too special not to, I tried making a homemade yakiniku sauce with it. I’m also thinking of drizzling it on pizza, adding it to sparkling water, taking a spoonful when I have a sore throat, or making a pancake sauce with banana and butter. If you have any other ideas, I’d love to hear them!
