Time flies—it’s already October!
Here in Tokyo, we can finally feel the crisp air of autumn.

The other day, a lovely American guest gave me this beautiful necklace.
I heard that the color combination represents the nursing corps — so meaningful and full of care.
My daughter and I couldn’t resist taking a photo together. Thank you so much!

Autumn is the season of abundance and heartwarming dishes.
I hope you can take some time to enjoy a cup of warm tea and the flavors of the season, and spend this month feeling peaceful and cozy.

(This month, my daughter and I have our birthdays. We’re both turning a year older — oh my! 🫣)
