TV appearance : Shu-Ichi on NTV (Japan)
Following the previous feature, my cooking class was once again covered on TV. Since there were many participants and a large filming crew this time, I was a bit worried the room temperature might rise too quickly. But thankfully, we were able to carry out the lesson as usual without any issues.
A big thank you to all the participants who kindly agreed to be interviewed, as well as to the filming crew and the program staff!
