When you feel like eating fish but don’t know how to cook it, this is an easy recipe for you! You can try Teriyaki sauce that I introduced in my previous recipe, but this sauce is much easier. Yes, it’s just butter and soy sauce. This is one of the easiest, most simple and yummy sauces that I recommend. Only 3 steps! My son also loves this sauce. Please try it out!

As Ramen is always so popular here in Tokyo, you can find not famous yet good quality ramen shops easily wherever you live/stay. So I did. I found another my favorite ramen shop, which is accessible from my place. Some of you might know but my son adores trains. Luckily, local and the last streetcar in Tokyo called “Sakura Tram” runs near our neighborhood. So, it’s always our family’s pleasure to find good restaurant along the line. When we found this ramen shop, we (maybe my husband and I only) were soooo HAPPY!
My family and I visited our favorite place a few days ago. We brought our new camera so we suddenly started filming Vlog for all of you.
This time, I will introduce my favorite 3 things to do in Yanaka area. If you are planning to come and join my cooking class, please also include this Yanaka area in your itinerary. Highly recommended!

YUCa’s Japanese Cooking was featured by international (& my favorite) media – NHK World! 🇯🇵 🎉
NHK World is definitely one of my favorite media so I was so happy that they came to my private kitchen and interviewed me whole day! It was the 2nd longest filming session since after the one with Babble.com (by Disney) last summer. 🌴 That time, we created three recipe videos together. To watch those videos, please check here!
I appear on “Biz stream” section and this program will be broadcasted for coming three weeks! 😊 To watch this interview, please down their App or check here!
Actually, I talked a lot more during the interview like how I started this business, what’s the challenge, how I feel happy, future vision etc…maybe it’s too personal. But, no worries! I will share those stories for YOU as a surprise soon!
