Grilled cod fish with butter and soy sauce
When you feel like eating fish but don’t know how to cook it, this is an easy recipe for you! You can try Teriyaki sauce that I introduced in my previous recipe, but this sauce is much easier. Yes, it’s just butter and soy sauce. This is one of the easiest, most simple and yummy sauces that I recommend. Only 3 steps! My son also loves this sauce. Please try it out!
Ingredients (2 servings):
2 fillet Cod fish
20g Butter *unsalted
1 Tbsp Soy sauce
1. Heat the pan and add the butter with medium low heat.
2. After the butter melts, place the cod fish in a pan. Sautee until both sides become brown in color (about 3 minutes per side). 3. Pour soy sauce over the pan and gently shake the pan. Wait for 1 minute. Serve on a plate.
