YUCa Meets World : Qifqi from Albania
Ingredients (5 balls):
2 Bowls Japanese rice *cooked
3 Tbsp (45ml) Cheese
4 leaves Mint
Flour, as needed
1 Egg
Panko, as needed
Frying oil, as needed
Directions:
1. Finely chop the mint leaves.
2. Put rice, cheese and chopped mint in a bowl and lightly mix them.
3. Make 5 balls of rice. Coat them with flour, beaten egg and then panko.
4. Heat the oil in a pot for 170 – 180 degrees. Fry them until golden brown color.
5. Strain excess oil and move to the dish. Enjoy!
