In this recipe video, I will show you how to make “Japanese Mayonnaise”. Japanese mayonnaise is a bit different from other Mayonnaises. Would you like to know the difference? 1 Egg yolk
Pinch of Salt
White pepper, to your taste
10ml Rice vinegar
120ml Canola oil *Salad oil, sunflower oil is also OK
1. Put egg yolk, salt, white pepper, rice vinegar and mustard in a bowl. Then, mix together.
2. Add the oil little by little and stir them at the same speed.
3. Stir until it becomes heavy and creamy texture. Enjoy!
