Baby Food In Japan (5-8 Months)

In this recipe video, I will introduce how to make Japanese baby foods for 5 to 8 months old. This time, we’ll make fruits based smoothies that babies and parents can share. We will use some veggies and even tofu.


Ingredients(3 kinds):

1/8 (40g)  Apple
1/3 (40g)  Banana
1/4 (20g)  Mango  *frozen

1/3 (40g)  Banana
1/4 (20g)  Mango
20g  Yogurt
1 Tbsp Lemon juice

1/3 (40g)  Banana
20g  Blueberry
10g  Rice *steamed
2 tsp  Water
1 tsp Lemon juice

Directions:

1. Place each smoothie ingredient in a blender and wait until it is smooth.

YUCa’s Tips :
1. For 5-6 months babies, it is recommended to heat or warm the food.
2. Feed little by little for babies who are not yet used to fruit.
3. Yogurt should be given from 7 months of age.
