Pregnancy Meals In Japan Vol.3
In this recipe video, I’ll introduce how to prepare Japanese-style pregnancy meals. It is recommended that you should take dietary fiber more on a daily basis in the late stage of pregnancy. I hope these dietary fiber-rich recipes help your healthy eating habit!
Ingredients (2 servings) :
Brown rice salad:
2 Bowls Brown rice
2 tsp Rice vinegar
Bonito flakes, to your taste
Salt & pepper, to your taste
70g Canned tuna
70g Canned sweet corn
1/2 stick Cucumber
2 tsp White sesame seeds
4 Cherry tomato
Japanese-style peperoncino:
1/2 bundle (100g) Broccoli
1/2 bundle (100g) Cauliflower
2 Tbsp Olive oil
2 Tbsp Shirasu
1 stick Red chili pepper
1 clove Garlic
Salt & pepper, to your taste
Directions :
Brown rice salad:
1. Remove the seeds from the cucumber and tomato and cut into small sizes.
2. Discard the oil from the canned tuna and transfer to a bowl. Then, pour hot water over it and drain.
3. After adding the tuna, cucumber, tomato, and white sesame seeds to the brown rice, add the rice vinegar, bonito powder, salt, and pepper, and mix everything well.
Japanese-style peperoncino:
1. Thinly slice the garlic.
2. Place a frying pan over low heat, add olive oil, garlic and chili.
3. While the pan is still warm, add the shirasu fish. Then, gather everything together in one place and fry until crispy.
4. Add the broccoli and cauliflower and stir-fry until cooked.
5. Season with salt and pepper.

1. Remove the seeds from cucumber and tomato to make salad rice.
2. Add the garlic and red chili to the olive oil before the pan gets hot.
3. Gather shirasu and other ingredients in one place and cook with low heat.
