1 slice Deep-fried tofu
1/4 length Burdock
1/4 block Konnyaku
1/8 size Carrot
Seasoning:
150ml Soup stock (5.1 fl oz)
1 Tbsp Sake
1 Tbsp Soy sauce
1 tsp Salt
