In this video, I will introduce how to make Gluten-free Gyoza pastry/skin/wrapper. This time, I will use the yellow paprika and tomato powder to make yellow and red color gyoza pastry. I hope you like these recipes!

Ingredients(About 20 pastry) :

Yellow color version:
60ml  Water

50g  Rice flour
10g  Yellow paprika paste

Directions :

Yellow color version:
1. Take out the seeds and stem from Paprika. Then, cut into small pieces and boil for about 5 minutes. Move to the blender and make a paste.
2. Put potato starch and water in a pot. Then, heat and stir the mixture until it becomes starchy. *Medium-low heat for about 5 minutes.
3. Move the mixture into the bowl with rice flour. Then, Add paprika paste.
4. Combine all the ingredients until it becomes together.
5. Thinly roll the dough with using rolling pin.
6. Cut out the pastry one by one. Continue until the dough is gone.

Red color version:

2. Move the mixture into the bowl with rice flour. Then, Add tomato powder.
3. Combine all the ingredients until it becomes together.
4. Thinly roll the dough with using rolling pin.
5. Cut out the pastry one by one. Continue until the dough is gone.

YUCa’s Tips:

1. Add rice flour little by little when paprika paste is loose.
2. Use fresh red tomato with high concentration as for substitution.
3. Make the gyoza fillings beforehand when making pastry.
