Soranoiro @ Ramen street in Tokyo station

Categorised in: | Link of this article

Visited the Ramen street in Tokyo station and tasted vegan ramen at Soranoiro. I have wanted to visit shop for long time since my cooking class guests talk about this shop some times.

The interior of this shop was a little bit different from other ramen shops. Light blue wall and cute ceiling lights, you even see small character statues…yes, it was like a coffee shop!

About their ramen, they are famous for “vegi-soba”, which means veggie noodle. Their noodles are made of paprika powder. You can also choose gluten-free and vegan ramen.

I had their popular vegi-soba. The soup is based with carrot so it was really new for me!
In my ramen class, I create veggie ramen with using soy milk. I totally enjoyed this new ramen experience!

No.13 is vegi-soba. No.14 is gluten-free and vegan ramen.
