Healthy Japanese Meal
In this 60 minutes live streaming experience,
YUCa will be guiding you step by step to create Japanese home meals from your kitchen.
One menu consists of 3 dishes (main dish, side dish and soup), excluding a plain rice.
Menu changes monthly!
Contents of the class:
– Welcome: Introduction to YUCa and participants
– Getting started: Summary of the dishes and ingredients
– Beginning the recipe: YUCa cooking along with participants and responding to questions
– Dish up and toast: Enjoy your dishes

– Grilled salmon with long onion and miso sauce
– Sesame salad with cucumber, carrot and cabbage
– Sumashi-jiru with mushroom and tofu

If you cannot receive a session at the date and time of your reservation for unavoidable reason,
we are available to change the schedule.
