★ Supermarket Tour★

(Me, too. I DO like it!!)

We offer the SUPERMARKET TOUR before the class. 

After we meet at the Kyodo station, we will directly go to the local supermarket. 

In the supermarket, we will do some small game. Please enjoy it!  :-D

During the tour, I will introduce Japanese foods and ingredients. If you find something interesting and would like to know about it, please ask me anytime!

★ About Fee ★

7,500 yen 
※Japanese sweets "Wagashi" course is 6,500 yen
※All the courses, the fee includes tax, supermarket tour, cost of foods and ingredients, recipe print outs. Apron and towel rental is for free.
※The fee of Taxi to my private kitchen (one way) is my treat!  

★ Note ★

1. We will have a local Supermarket Tour before the class.
2. The age of 6 years old is free of charge.
3. Please feel free to contact me if you need any time and course arrangement.
4. You don't need to bring your apron and towel.
5. You don't need to wash and clean up dishes after the class.

You can experience the local atmosphere and Japanese home house.

Japanese Cooking Class in Tokyo: Intensive Course

★ Japanese Home Cooking "Intensive Course"★

Not only staying in Japan but how about acquiring the cooking skills that you can use forever? 

We offer the intensive course for the guest who is interested in learning Japanese Home dishes from the basics or want to cook as many dishes as possible. We have 3 Days Course, 5 Days Course and 10 Days Course. After the course, we will give you the "certificate of completion".(*Written in both English and Japanese) For more detail, please contact us

★ Lesson sample ★

3 Day Course :
During this three day course, guests learn how to make base soup stock, popular Japanese home cooking recipes, fundamental ingredients and home-style casual Sushi & Tempura recipes. 

5 Day Course
Beginning with the three day course, followed by two additional days of instruction with noodles and Donburi. Optionally Japanese-style overseas recipes.

10 Day Course
Beginning with the 5 day course, followed by five additional days of instruction in more variety of recipes and food. Optionally fermented ingredients.
