MENU: Neba Neba Don  ねばねば丼

For suffering from the summer heat, I felt like eating the “Neba Neba” (means sticky or ropey) dish. I got the “Nagaino”(Japanese taro) and cooked the rice bowl dish topped with several other ingredients; Natto(Fermented soybean), Pickled radish, Takana(Leaf mustard), my favorite Shiso(Green perilla), Egg yolk and White sesame. Pour a little bit of light soy sauce, mix all of it (if you likehappy01good) and enjoy the meal!

夏バテ防止に冷たくてネバネバした料理が食べたくなり、長芋をさっそくゲット!少し冷ました白米&玄米のミックスごはんに擦った長芋をのせて、納豆をかけてネバネバを強化。さらに、刻んだ沢庵、高菜、大好きな青じそ、黄身ものせて、最後に白ごまをトッピングしました。ちょっとだけ薄口醤油をかけたら、勢いよく混ぜてから食べるのがオススメです。

I cooked the casual Japanese breakfast. Those dishes are Japanese fried chicken, Miso soup, Japanese omelet, Sauteed Lotus Roots and mushrooms, Brown rice with Salmon flake and Miso soup. I-ta-da-ki-ma-su!

Breakfast: Mix of white and brown rice, Tofu and burdock soup, Root dressed with starchy sauce, Meatball, Pickled vegetables and Stewed Komatsuna and deep-fried tofu.
