夜ごはん:主人出張のため、ひとりごはん。(ひとりといっても、まりおはいつも足元にいますが・・・dognote)そうそう、ひとりごはんの時はだいたい手抜きします。きっぱり(笑)。冷蔵庫のありものでなんとか調理を試みます。この日の献立ですが・・・かぶの葉ともやしとねぎの炒めもの。アスパラガスとごぼうの甘辛煮。甘辛煮の余ったソースを使った牛肉。久しぶりの牛肉はやっぱり美味し(うまし)sign01ということで、塩&こしょうでもう一枚焼きました。飲み物もシンプルに「水sweat02」です。
Dinner : Since my husband had travelled for his business, I cooked dinner for myself. (You know, little Mario ALWAYS sits near my legs…dognote) Well, I usually do LAZY cooking when my husband is out of town. I check my fridge, pick some food and DONE! The menus of the day are…Sauteed Kabu turnip, Sprout and Naganegi onion. Simmered Asparagus and Burdock with sweetened sauce. Grilled Beef with (the previous) sweetened sauce. I liked the taste of grilled beaf this time, so I had another beef with salt and pepperrestaurantlovely Enjoyed with Watersweat02
