Dinner : Since my husband had travelled for his business, I cooked dinner for myself. (You know, little Mario ALWAYS sits near my legs…dognote) Well, I usually do LAZY cooking when my husband is out of town. I check my fridge, pick some food and DONE! The menus of the day are…Sauteed Kabu turnip, Sprout and Naganegi onion. Simmered Asparagus and Burdock with sweetened sauce. Grilled Beef with (the previous) sweetened sauce.
