夜ごはん:なめことねぎの味噌汁。特製ダレかけの豆腐。白米。焼鮭。大根とナスの煮物。小松菜とかぶともやしの炒めもの。塩麹漬け豆腐のフライ。
Dinner : Miso soup with Nameko mushrooms and nagagegi onion. Tofu with special sauce. Koshihikari Rice. Grilled Salmon. Cooked dish with Radish and Egg plant. Sauteed vegetable with Komatsuna, Kabu turnip and Sprout. Flied Tofu pickled with Shio-koji.
