I did the “Japanese style” Meal Prep today. Hope you like it!!
– Marinated egg
– Sautéed mushrooms
– Rolled pork with Okura, carrot, shiso and myoga ginger
– Simmered daikon radish and yellow tail
– Cabbage and konbu salad
– Sautéed carrot with cumin
– Marinated chicken with curry powder
– Mashed pumpkin with butter and honey
– Salted broccoli
– Stir-fried minced pork
– Pickled shiso and cucumber
